What’s Going On With Me?
Fri, June 15, 7-9pm
regular: $40
member: $32
In order to create the peace and happiness each one of us so deeply yearns for, we must understand ourselves, the world around us, and how to relate to it.

It is not what you meet in life, but how you meet it that matters. There is no inherent meaning in what we do; meaning comes from how we do it. Join us and uncover what’s really going on.

The Wake Up Call
Sat, June 16, 1:30-6pm
regular: $85
member: $68
Shake off your slumber and awaken to your life!

Can any one of us say that we are our own best friend? Has anyone thought about how it could be possible that we don’t treat ourselves like gold every single day? How could a human being be lost when we have the most complex navigation system in the universe? This class is your best wakeup call.

Join us for an eye-opening flow, lecture, Q&A, and other exercises to not only wake us up, but lift us out of our slumber to live the life we want to live.

Xflowsion™ Raw

An unbelievable blend of asana, dance and kickboxing all done naked! JUST KIDDING.

Raw means exposed, open, and willing. We will spend time opening up in this wild, free-loving exploration that will lead into some great Satsang. If you dig a love fest, than this is for you.

Eric Paskel: As I have learned, the practice of yoga is about "coming together" -  the coming together of ourselves, that leads to the coming together of our family, friends, communities, country and - yes - even the world.  Therefore, you are not alone on this path, we are growing together! For me, this journey of greater self-awareness and self-acceptance started thirty days before my eighteenth birthday. I was a prisoner of fear, which lead to a six year drug addiction.  Since January 24, 1986, I have been sober.  My life has changed enormously and the practice of yoga (the spreading of love) is at the heart of these changes.  My aim as a teacher is for you to "awaken."  That is, to bring light to those places of darkness, to bring strength to those places of weakness, to bring fluidity and creativity to those places of rigidity, to bring laughter to those places that have a frown, and to bring life to the places that for some of us have lain dormant for a lifetime.  Now that may sound ambitious - especially for those of you that are just looking for that "yoga butt".  However, all of the above are taught by using the simple technique of breath, movement, and sensation that will lead to transformation.
