Merry Mary will hold a sacred circle space and share information on how to practice Non-Violent Communication. Sometimes referred to as compassionate listening, “NVC” helps us connect with ourselves and others in a way that allows our natural compassion to flourish. It guides us to rethink the way we express ourselves and listen to others. Open your mind and your heart, and “try on” a new way of seeing and hearing the world that fosters respect, empathy, and compassion. that engenders peace and harmony with-in yourself and mutual understanding in relationships. We will explore the 4 step process of NVC and bring it to life with practical application. Participation is based on willingness and your choice to explore non-violent principles.
