Be a part of our inaugural cooking class with health strategist Monique Costello. Whether you’re meat-free or just learning to get more plant-based nutrition into you diet- this demo class is the one for you! Join us as we transform lentils (a plant-based pantry staples) into super nutritious and bio-available protein-loaded sprouts. We’ll combine these tasty sprouts with spice-roasted cauliflower to make our yummy taco filling. Then we’ll blend up a raw glaze using carrots, miso and ginger. The demo wraps up with a dreamy coconut whipped cream over fresh berries.
