Lance Hoagland is a certified health coach and believes food is the ultimate medicine (or poison). Having studied in India on several occasions, Lance is well versed in the ancient teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda. He loves to cook at home using all natural and organic ingredients. As a senior teacher at Moksha Yoga, Lance is a 500hr Certified Advanced Teacher specializing in vinyasa flow. Teaching a well-rounded class, Lance weaves asana and breathwork into a unique experience with a focus on bringing presence and awareness to both body and mind. Lance offers classes and workshops on yoga and nutrition, local and international retreats, and cooking classes.
