This workshop is open to and designed for all levels. Whether you are new to a handstands or you have a strong handstand practice, join us!. Dmytro will adapt to all students based on their needs and level of practice. Together, you will work on exercises that can help you become stronger and feel more powerful in your upper body and core. You will work with partners and walls. Dmytro will introduce movements in the hips legs with possible transitions to arm balances. Handstands are about being playful and open to new things, believing in yourself, and creatively exploring!
**Dmytro’s first priority will be each student’s safety and comfort.
After my first yoga class in 2014 I saw huge potential for growth. My father was a physical trainer and has motivated me from childhood. I was a wrestler from when I was 6 until an injury took me out at 15. I enjoy an active lifestyle, especially calisthenics movements and climbing.
In my class I will turn your world up side down with arm balances and handstands in a guided and safe way. I want my students to feel freedom, trust and to be able to play.
