Welcome to our 200-hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training, a transformative journey that will deepen your understanding of yoga and empower you to share its wisdom with others. Whether you are looking to become a yoga teacher or simply deepen your own practice, this training will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration to embark on a fulfilling yoga journey.

Our program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of yoga asana, pranayama and bandhas, anatomy, alignment, and teaching methodology. You will explore the ancient teachings of yoga, including the Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika, while also honing your teaching skills and deepening your personal practice.

Throughout the training, you will be guided by experienced and dedicated teachers who are committed to supporting your growth and development. Our curriculum is designed to be both spiritually enriching and intellectually stimulating, providing you with a holistic understanding of yoga that goes beyond the physical practice.

This ancient system of health and well-being, reveals a path to develop and expand our fullest potential in body, mind, and spirit. We will look at deeper sources of knowledge in Indian culture, vedic history, and ancient manuscripts such as Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, and the cosmology of Sankhya darshana.
