New to Yoga

Moksha Yoga Center's Basics/Intro classes give students of all levels the opportunity to return to the fundamentals of yoga in a fun, non-competitive environment. These classes introduce breathing techniques, emphasize proper alignment, and are designed to give you a firm foundation on which your practice can flourish. Perfect for students who have never practiced yoga before, who are returning to yoga after a break, or regular practitioners looking to brush up on their fundamentals.

New yoga students will especially benefit from attending these classes, which is why we offer our Intro to Yoga series! For $65, experience any four Intro/Basics classes, and we'll throw in a fifth class for FREE! This series can be repeated as many times as you'd like in order to build the strongest base for your budding yoga practice!
