Intro to YogaMoksha Yoga Center offers a continuous series of Basics/Intro classes that give all students the opportunity to return to the fundamentals of yoga. These classes are great if you have never done yoga before, if you are returning to yoga after a break, or if you are a regular student interested in strengthening the foundation of your practice. Basics/Intro classes are designed to help students understand the basics and fundamentals of yoga asanas (postures). Basic alignment and breathing techniques will be introduced in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere. As a new student, you will benefit by attending these classes consistently and to repeat the series many times. If you miss a class you are welcome to attend any other Basics/Intro class.
