Stephanie is a native of France, Chicago-based teacher. She loves to share the gifts of the Yoga practice with everyone. Yoga found her 9 years ago when she was working in the corporate marketing world in Paris, her home-town.
The practice of Vinyasa and Integral yoga in the lineage of Satyananda Saraswati, helped her to offset stress, find balance in her daily life, and connect to her deep intuitions. Deeply moved by the practice, she felt that one day she would share the incredible benefits she received. She truly believes that Yoga and Meditation are powerful tools for healing transformation and sparking the creativity we all have within us.
After moving to Chicago, she received her 200-hour certification from Moksha Yoga Center and decided to commit to Yoga teaching. As a passionate and curious student, she continues to study with teachers that inspire her including Tias Little, Aadil Palkhivala, Mia Park, Gabriel Halpern.
Particularly interested in restorative pratices, she was also trained in restorative yoga with Leann Carey. Now, Stephanie offers mindful vinyasa flow and Yoga Nidra classes, a powerful ancient tantric technique of deep guided relaxation. “As a teacher, I strive to establish a safe, nurturing and loving space to support my students on their own journey to awareness, empowering them to feel good in their body and mind, and find their inspiration to grow.”
