Kellys first found the power of yoga when she was searching for peace and healing. She quickly fell in love with the practice and the abundance of positive changes it brought into her life on all levels: physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. That love for yoga has taken her all over the world to study, including India and Bali. She received her 200 hour certification from Moksha Yoga under the guidance of Daren Friesen.
Kelly provides a safe and nurturing environment for her students to also find peace and healing. Her classes incorporate asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath), and meditation with yogic philosophy weaved through. Her classes involve a lot of movement and encourages students to bring awareness into their bodies and stay connected to the present. Kelly’s classes are suitable for all levels.
