Steven's introduction to Yoga began in the year 2000. As an avid weight lifter, Steven sought to push his limits of strength by enhancing the flexibility of his muscle tissue. When he joined a twice weekly classical yoga class, he received the flexibility he sought, plus a whole lot more. Through the years, he utilized the simple kriya, pranayama, and vinyasa techniques taught by his first yoga teacher to maintain emotional stability, physical health, and mental clarity.
Recognizing that yoga offers every individual the opportunity to transform life from the inside out, Steven became a seeker on the yogic path, exploring a variety of styles.His method of transmitting yoga to others includes the classical techniques of pranayama, asana, and meditation.
Steven's personal yoga practice provides a solid foundation upon which he thrives in his career within the stock market industry. Aware of the pressures of the modern corporate workforce, Steven understands yoga can improve the quality of life for all individuals, regardless of their physical condition.
