Dasha’s first introduction to yoga was through her mother, who had convinced Dasha to try an aerial yoga class. Later Dasha started taking regular yoga classes and then acro classes with various teachers around Chicago.
Having a multi-disciplined approach to yoga has helped Dasha see how each form of yoga can aid the other and how each provides a unique benefit for the body and mind. Dasha’s classical practice is alignment based, influenced by many teacheres including Aadil Palkhivala and her foundational teacher training at Moksha.
