Robin found yoga in 2005 while she was living in Boulder, CO. It immediately enriched her life, nourished her soul, and grounded her in a way that elevated her sense of self. She’s ever a student of yoga which guides her passion for teaching. The love and gratitude she found in her own practice is what motivated her to teach yoga.
In 2011 Robin completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through CorePower Yoga. Her teaching background includes core restore, yoga for pregnancy and multiple levels of power vinyasa yoga.
Yoga has the ability to reveal to students their true potential, and Robin sees each class as an opportunity to shed light on this truth. To her, one of the most beautiful things about yoga is that it is available to everyone, no matter what age or physical condition.
By using the breath, being mindful of alignment and offering modifications, Robin strives to create a safe environment for her students: one that is accessible to all and cultivates connectivity between the physical and mental self. Through her guided flow, Robin takes her students on a journey of self exploration and reflection that encourages the discovery of practices that can be carried off the mat into everyday life.
