I am a RYT-500 Yoga Alliance USA, from India. I started teaching yoga in 2012 and it has been a great journey so far. Yoga found me when I was actually trying to adopt alternative modes of fitness. With a very demanding corporate career, I found myself seeking comfort in yoga practice and that's when I experienced its healing and strength-boosting power. Since then, I never looked back. Yoga to me is sacred. It brings to me calmness and peace. I feel eternally grateful to the universe for the blessings of Yoga in my life. I feel blessed that I eventually found my Path. It would be my pleasure to be able to share this enthusiasm; vibe and touch of magic with as many as possible and inspire them to adopt yoga as not just a part of life but a way of life. I have had the privilege of teaching a variety of crowd which includes, Vinyasa lovers, Hatha, beginner students, kids therapy, pranayama-meditation and also those who were seeking to learn foundations or fundamentals. I believe yoga is not restricted to just yoga poses so my classes are generally a mix of Mudras, Mantras, Pranayama and Meditation. My primary goal is to continue to give more Yoga to the people. So come, help me in my efforts to spread the little joys of life. Come as you are. This class of Hatha Vinyasa 1-2 connects the breath with flowing, dynamic movements through sequences of traditional and contemporary Hatha yoga postures. Expect an uplifting mind and body practice, with a beautiful breath synchronized flow of Vinyasa. it will create heat in the body and help you dive into longer held Hatha postures. The class begins with breath awareness exercises followed by gentle warm up leading into Sun Salutations, balance and stretching through asanas. The class will then progress into inversions / seated yoga flow / twists and more. The class usually ends with a guided meditative relaxation, followed by silence. This class can be moderate-to-fast paced and it is helpful to have some previous experience in yoga, but Beginners are always welcome because modifications and adjustments in yoga poses are offered abundantly by the teacher.
