Anna Prana

Anna is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, transformational life coach, and hypnotherapist with almost 10 years of experience in the field of wellness. Anna’s interesting personal experiences of childhood trauma, family dysfunction, chronic stress, and hard drug addiction give her a unique perspective on self-transformation, which she integrates into her teachings and coaching practice.

Anna came to yoga after overcoming hard drug addiction. She was looking for things to aid in her self-development and personal growth, which yoga addresses. Anna quickly fell in love with yoga and jumped into her first yoga teacher training in 2014. As a certified yoga teacher, Anna has studied under some of the most respected master teachers in the industry, honing her skills and developing a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Anna applies this knowledge and experience to every class, creating an environment that is supportive, engaging, and transformational!

In addition to teaching yoga, Anna is also a skilled transformational life coach and a Mindvalley certified hypnotherapist. In her practice Anna uses the tools of yoga, nutrition, hypnosis, coaching, and energy work, creating a fusion of holistic modalities that address the being of individuals- the root. Anna works with individuals who feel overwhelmed by stress and as a result end up over thinking, over worrying, over working, and over please people (the “over doers”:). Yet, they are ambitious, headstrong, & deeply committed to their personal growth! Working with these individuals, Anna guides them to transform emotional pain into power! The power to root out core limiting beliefs, which fuel the unpleasant emotions, and elevate emotional states to embody the self worth, confidence, and clarity to live a life in alignment with their authentic truth! By helping clients to tap into their bliss and deep inner knowing, Anna empowers them to face their fears, develop resiliency, dream big, and never ever give up!

With a focus on alignment, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, & energetics, Anna’s classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and inner bliss! Through the practice of yoga, she believes that students can cultivate a deeper connection to their Real Self, embody new empowering beliefs and create a new way of being, leading to greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-love!

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Anna provides personalized attention and guidance to help you deepen your practice and achieve your goals!

Anna’s classes are designed to be practical, challenging, invigorating, and especially fun for all! They are accessible to all levels of experience. She believes that yoga is for anyone and everyone! Everyone NEEDS to learn to understand themselves and how to use their body and mind so they don’t use us.
