Yoga for Menopause – Anxiety
Navigating the menopause journey can be a confusing and frustrating time during a person’s life. Symptoms are varied and often change on a daily basis; however, relief may be found through meditation, pranayama, and the asanas of yoga.
Join Menopause Yoga accredited teacher, Meghan Rutledge, for a 4-part workshop series on Yoga for Menopause. In these workshops you’ll learn about the different phases of menopause and practice techniques to help manage your symptoms with grace and confidence. Each workshop will be centered around a common menopause symptom and will feature education, a sharing circle, and a yoga practice. Workshops will be held on Saturdays from 1:30-4:30pm on the following dates:
February 8th – Hot Flashes
February 22nd – Anxiety & Overwhelm
March 8th – Meno-rage & Irritability
March 22nd – Low Mood & Lethargy
Workshops may be purchased individually for $50 or you may purchase all 4 for $175.
Mats and props will be provided. Please bring a journal, pen, & snacks.
