Have you been wanting to learn more about how to balance on your hands but don’t know where to start? If so this event is for you! Join alignment focused, Moksha Yoga teacher, Sarah Lindgren for a full spectrum yoga practice complete with pranayama, meditation and savasana on the morning on January 11 and learn how to take flight!
In this 90 minute yoga practice Sarah will guide you through yoga postures designed to prepare you for a series of arm and forearm balances. This group of postures can sometimes feel elusive as they are not always a part of our yoga asana practices. With intentional instruction, use of props and extra time to practice these poses you will be ready for take off! This practice is suitable for beginners and seasoned students alike.
To prepare, please stay hydrated and have a light breakfast at least 3-4 hours prior to practice. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to explore your full range of motion without discomfort and bring a water bottle.
