Join us for a special Thanksgiving morning of gratitude and community! Begin your day with an early morning 8am grounding yoga practice or a 10am easy flow that blends gentle flows and mindful breathwork, helping you cultivate peace and appreciation. At noon, enjoy a short easy flow practice and a nourishing brunch filled with seasonal, plant-based dishes crafted to fuel the body and warm the heart. Come together with us to celebrate abundance, gratitude, and the joy of sharing a mindful holiday.

Join us this Thanksgiving for a heart-centered celebration of gratitude, yoga, and nourishing food! In this special workshop, we’ll gather to deepen our connection with ourselves, our community, and the gifts of the season. Our time together begins with a grounding 45 minute yoga practice, combining gentle flow and restorative postures to release tension and cultivate gratitude in body and mind. Through mindful movement, guided meditation, and breathwork, we’ll open ourselves to the abundant joy and peace that arise from appreciation and presence.
After practice, we’ll share in a vibrant, plant-based Thanksgiving meal by Nancy Elizabeth, a certified Integrative Nutrition Practitioner. Thoughtfully prepared with seasonal, organic and vegan ingredients, our feast offers a delicious and compassionate approach to traditional favorites, perfect for fostering connection and reflection. This communal meal is designed to nourish both body and spirit, celebrating the bounty of plant-based cuisine.
