Winter Solstice Practice
Celebrate the magic of the Winter Solstice with a deeply intuitive and grounding yoga practice honoring the return of light. As the longest night of the year, the Solstice invites us to slow down, release all fears, and turn inward to prepare to start anew. Through gentle flows, deep stretching, meditation, and pranayama, we’ll create space to let go of the old and welcome new intentions for the season ahead. Join us to honor this powerful time of renewal and connect with your inner light in the quiet embrace of winter.
After class we can gather to enjoy a cup of tea together to connect to the nourishment of our intentions and connect to our community. Tea will be provided by local Herbalist The Feral Herbalist.
